Well, I had overpaid on several loans on them, and ended up defaulting on my last and fourth loan. I had calculated about receiving a $400 refund. So I sent the request for pif status and a refund on Tuesday evening via email. I get a call from the rep this morning, and they won't charge any more interest fees, and they won't give me a refund. They tell me they didn't solicit my business, I found them...which is true, but I had to argue the point that they have to abide by Wisconsin laws if they are doing business in WI, since she tried to give me a line about they didn't have to abide by laws since they are based in the UK. However, they said my account would be paid off if I just pay the $200 and they didn't charge me any outrageous returned item fees either. They even split it up into 4 payments for me of just $50 which is less than the refinance fees I was paying. My fiance just started a new job today, and will be making a lot more money...and he's going to bringing home at least $200 a DAY now...but I didn't tell them that.  So it's not exactly the outcome I expected, but at least this way I never have to worry about them again!!!
Ok, so that just leaves responses pending from Geneva Roth, Cash Direct Express, National Opportunities, and National Money Store.
