Hi Chris,

All types of PDLs are prohibited in your state. So, it doesn't matter where SSM Group is located. The below is their address:

SSM Group, LLC
11 E Gregory Blvd
Kansas City, MO 64113

Ph. no. - 866-463-2130
Fax - 866-264-9532

Send them a letter/fax/email stating that since they are illegal in your state, you want a refund of what you have paid in excess of the principal amount borrowed as well as a PIF. Tell them that you will file a case against them with Pennsylvania Department of Banking, the FTC and the BBB if they do not comply with your request.

You are a citizen of PA and should follow the applicable laws of your state. Don't care whether the PDL company is from Nevis or MO. They are illegal in your state.
