"recovering shark" if these lenders wanted to become legal they can. But they dont cause to be legal would mean they would have to follow laws and regulations. I think its great that there are legal companies out there, and I know they follow the laws. And I bet the illegal lenders do not respond to the BBB, AG or anyother complaints.

i doubt if they do.. and if they are out of the country the attorney general cannot do too much anyway
