Alabama law says max pdl is 500 but I live in Alabama and have a pdl right now for 680 through mycashnow.com (which will cost me about 900 dollars to pay off-big mistake, I know). What do I do?

Was the total loan amount you borrowed $680? Please state what the total amount borrowed is, and how much you have paid so far.

rik, your loan is with My Cash Now and you got it over the internet, correct? If that is the case, My Cash Now is not licensed/legal. Your loan was for $680? Have you paid anything on it yet?
