Another online question. I have a $400 loan with Cash Advance USA. They are taking out $200 tomorrow, $200 on the third of Feb. and than $600 on May 3rd. Another mess for me. Should I stop the debit after the $400 is paid? How do i stop it with my bank because there is no check # to stop.

You can put a stop payment on a auto draft, it will cost around 25 dollars. First, you should never borrow money online and second, you should never allow them access to you bank accounts. High interest cash advance loans are the worst loans ever, get out of debt and save and pay cash for your stuff. Believe it or not, you can do that and it's the smart thing to do.

Chrn, read the sticky at the top about closing your account. If appropriate close it. These guys are robbing you. What state are you in? We advocate paying what you borrowed. Some pay whatever interest THEIR state allows. If you could tell us what state you are in we can post the laws. I think a 1000 bucks for a 400 loan is way too much in any state.
