I can't sleep because of this mess, so I wanted to see if anyone could offer some advice. Bless you if you can.
I live in Texas
I have store front pdls at:
ez money
check n go
advance america
first cash advance
cash store
payday advance (aka cash america)
ace (they had the wrong date for my payday and
sent the ach for full payment 900+fees and of course it bounced)
internet
payday ok
payday select
purpose money
The SICK thing is I had to go out of town
unexpectedly and knew I would not be there on the payday, I was scarred so the ones that wouldn't wait
until I got back to pay on, I went and got another
payday loan to pay on the payday loans!
I feel like a slimeball, worthless person.
Ace has been calling and I had promised them $100 on the 15 of this month, but didn't have it to pay.
I'm so scared of what will happen now.
I'm getting panic attacks on this. I know I did this to myself and I own up to it. I just don't know how to make the bleeding stop without getting in more trouble.
I hate this feeling of desperation.

I'm so sorry, I didn't see the list on top of
telling you how much on the pdls.
Ok, I listed the ace cash express 900
payday advance 900
(had paid off the 500 one then when in the
next day and got the 900) I know, believe me.
ez money
orig 1020 now balance is 600
advance america 1000 (new loan)
cash store 1200 paid fees once and renewed
check and go 1000 paid renewal fees twice
first cash advance renewal fees paid over several months. this one I'm a little confused on -
walked out of the store with 520 but they show the
principal of the loan at 650 and when I asked they said we have to show that amount with the charges in it? stupid me, just took it and ran.
payday ok 500 renewed fees several months
payday select same thing same amount
purpose money 500 renewal fees paid twice
please let me know if you need any additional info to offer advice.
also, if someone could explain the letters of paid in full they are able to get would be great.
thank you very much!!

van, I'm posting Texas pdl law for you to look at. I don't like it a whole lot, personally! Too many things say "unspecified". There are many members here from Texas. Hopefully, then can come along and offer advice/experience regarding store fronts and internet in your state. I'm sorry I can't help you further. But here is your state pdl law:

Van,
I just wanted to tell you that you aren't alone. Many of us have come here with the same list of bad choices. The thing about mistakes is you can learn from them so admitting to them is the first step. Some great people with more experience than I can offer will be by to help I'm sure. And just to add some hope for you, I started out with defaulting on 15 pdls and I'm now down to 4 that I have yet to settle with paid in fulls. It can be done!

mperez56;
One minute I'm thinking ok it can be done, then the next i'm reading ppl have been getting hit worse with all the extra fees, nsf charges etc., then when they started.
Now, may I ask what do you mean when you say the you defaulted on 15 and now down to 4.
Did you pay the 15 in full?
thx for the encourgement, I sure need it along with the swiff kick in the rear for getting in this position.

I don't want to be the barer of any bad news...but one thing you need to know...there is a big difference between internet loans and store fronts. The store fronts are usually working within the law...and you must deal with them...they can and will take you to court if you do not pay them. Most of them will not make payment arrangements until you default on the check. You can call them in advance and ask what kind of arrangements they are willing to make...you can also check to see if they would be will to participate in a debt management program. As a member here you can get a free counseling call and they can refer you to some one in your area to help you make decisions on how to handle these.
Internet loans...most of them are not licensed...if that is the case...you can stop paying them (most of us have had to close our accounts or get hard debit blocks to stop them taking fee's)Payday OK and Payday Select are generally easy to work with...can you tell us how much has been given to them in fee's etc..??? The third internet one you have I am not familiar with but you can put them in the search box at the top of the page and see if any threads about them pop up. Please ask any questions...that's what we are here for. Don't feel bad...we have all been there for the most part and survived stronger for it!!
