Unfortunately I defaulted first, but when I called her I told her that my account had been closed. She just keeps telling me to rewrite, then another says I have done a criminal action? Writing them a check on a closed account. They all want more than I can give them and I am still trying to get out letters that say I need to make payments. I am really freaking out today.
But I spent a half hour on the phone with the gal at my bank and talked to her about tht certified check. She is a Godsent. What they do is come into the bank with your check, then cash it for a certified check...which I am not sure means anything...why do not they get cash? Of course, if the account is closed they can do neither? Does not really make sense to me?

That woman is really screwing with you.  It would almost be easier to let them send you to collections.

Yes, I wish they would. Most have told me they will just swear out a warrant if I do not comply. Most importantly, I have to get out my letters? To buy the ink for this computer printer is about 25 to 50 dollars and I do not even have that?
