Hi Schaefer...I got your note on my homepage. The best way to get started is to post here the following info:

Who the loans are with
Which are internet or storefront( a location that you walk into)
How much the loan was for and how much you have paid
What state you are in

From there, we can get you going with some help Smile

thanks for the info. i'm not sure what i am doing here. i'm not sure if this is where i need to post stuff. i got a call today from allied debt, part of federated financial, said they could not help with pay day loans????

Which state are you in? I see that you have already registered on this website. You will be called by a consultant in your area for the free counseling. Check your email for the name of the company that was referred in your area.

thanks for the info. i was contacted by someone from allied debt, an affliate of Federated Financial. He said they do not do payday loans. I live in Indiana and Kentucky

In that case, I would do research on the companies that do work with PDL's, such as Langhorne and Town and Country, and hook up with one of them. You can research them here and ask other members for their experiences with them. I would also do that starting tonight.

You dont owe 3. world wide OWES YOU. you have way overpaid them. Again all you owe to get out of this mess is less than 200.

I see where you say they owe me, but how do I get that money back. At this point, I really don't care if I get the money back, I just want them to stop debiting my account.
