I am sure they are a collection agency for an internet pdl that I have. I have searched the BBB and nothing matches. The number they called from was: 520-352-7111.

Any info would be greatly appreciated before I call them back.

Just a phone call and nothing else yet. They call my cell phone so I cannot figure out who they may be trying to collect for. If it is for a credit card I just got set up today with a debt consolidation company and those calls should cease because they will be getting money here real soon!

I don't think I will call them back.

I wouldn't since you are with a conslidation company. If you are concerned who they are collecting for, send them, e-mail, and fax them a debt validation letter. I googled them using what Volley had in her post and it gave me two addresses one in AZ and one in Tucson.

Yes, these people are for real. They are debt collectors, not lawyers like the name implies. I never did return their call and I received a letter about a week later in the mail. Don't worry about it, if they really want your attention they will send you something in the mail.

I received a letter them saying my company owed them money. I talked with them about and 10 months later they tried to validate it. When I talked them again they still didn't return my call for another 2 months. Now they are harassing me again. Calling 2 - 3 times per day.

These guys are after me to pay on some accident that I did not have. They work for state farm and neither one of them can produce a police report or court papers, just and internal report that says ya you caused the accident. Best part is that I was at work and my work place can verify it. The accident happened over 100 miles from my house during my work hours. I think they are trying to blame anyone they can get to pay a debt off for them. This company is a scam. Cold day in hell before I pay them for something I didn't do!!! Ask them to produce a contract that states you are responsible for this.

This company seems to create quite a bit of debt for everyone. I just checked my credit report and there is something on there from them which I believe to be bogus. I tried to contact them to see what it was allegedly from and I got no response. When I Googled the company name it seems that this has occurred to many more people than just myself. There have been quite a few people who have discussed how they have requested proof of charges and received nothing in return. If this company is really making fraudulant credit problems for everyone, How are they still around?

This company called me this weekend in reguards to a accident involving my parked rented uhaul. The person who hit the vehicle was taken to jail no license/reg/insurance. I have the police report, got a new rental and was on my way...2 years ago. Now this clown is demanding I pay stating he has the police report and was unable to reach me for these 2 years and that I was the cause not the guy taken to jail. LOL all my same info was clearly on the report which he didn't have obviously. I called my insurance company they jumped right in and took care of it. Don't trust this company with any of your information !!!!
