When submitting a wage assignment do i need to email this or fax it. Also what do i say. Thanks you guys are great..............

Hi there, here is a sample letter of wage assignment, just to give you an idea. I would send it certified return receipt required, and I would also promptly give a copy to your HR department. Hope this helps. Smile

Shazzers..I looked at this thread and couldnt find a wage assignment letter Confused

You should mail it certfied, return receipt....include this verbiage:

"You are also hereby notified that I am revoking any voluntary wage assignment I may or may not have signed. I no longer authorize you, your company, or your affiliates to attach any part of my wages or contact my employer for your collection purposes."
