Hi, I live in Colorado and found myself in a quandry and needed a loan. I chose Sure Advance and am now regretting using their services.

On November 8th, 2010 - I requested a loan amount of 400.00. I have made repayments to the tune of 811.40 - to date and Sure Advance is claiming that I still owe another 320.00 outstanding.

I have sent emails and have tried to contact a supervisor there at Sure Advance, but to no avail. Following are the details of the repayments that I have made:

11/19/2010 106.00
12/03/2010 106.00
12/17/2010 106.00
12/31/2010 106.00
01/04/2010 106.00
01/28/2010 106.00
01/28/2010 40.00
02/11/2010 95.40
02/11/2010 40.00

I would be interested in knowing what following course of action should be taken in order to call this date paid and maybe (hopefully) get a refund of some sort. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Tanked in Denver

Sure Advance hides behind several different names, to name a few:
Sure Advance Cash aka JMMB Loans aka National Advance Services

This is why it is important you close your account, they are not licensed to lend in your state, and will sell or share your personal account info with other illegal payday lenders. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
