It surely does not stay quiet for long... Received this just a few moments ago and am giggling to myself.

I guess they did not get the letter, e-mail or faxes that I sent. And exactly how are they going to take legal action? Illegal pay day loan company taking legal action. Isn't that an oxymoron or just moronic? I guess I need to gofind that letter and mail it again!!

I, too, had a loan with Pay Day Cash Link. Isn't it funny how they can ignore your letters and e-mails, but yet they expect you to jump 10 feet high and hurry up and answer them? Yes, I would resend the letter, too!

Looks kind of familiar, huh?

Hah. I'm like you. I will resend my letters to them!

Holy cow! I got the exact SAME letter!!! They cannot take legal action, can they? I do owe them money, but what's funny is that on their website, it says that they do not offer loans in FLORIDA! That's where I live!!!

Wait a minute! I thought WEDNESDAY was "send out email" day according to the PDL Manual. This pdl must be using a different PDL Manual than the others! Very Happy Seriously though, re-send the letters you have already sent. Just keep sending the same letters over and over again.

Or, "bite me", and sign your name.

Well in my case I DO owe them money, but because of all my other bills getting behind due to these stupid PDL's, they are being put on the back burner! I need to get my life together first! It is extremely difficult to get back on track after going through all of this. The only ones that are still e-mailing me are Payday Cashlink (who I owe $120.00) and Cash Tree (who I owe like $75.00, even though they say I owe them $300). It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who got the email!

WHat you think they have any originality? They would not know original if it bit them in the ass. Just send them the principle when you can. Priorities first. House, food, utilities, legal debts. Illegal debts come in very last. The company is not going to acknowledge any communication from you unless you are saying what they want to hear. Still send them the letters so you cover yourself. Gives you more ammo to use when filing reports on them anyways.

I got an email from PaydayCashLink today also and I haven't heard from them in months. They must have gone in their database and sent an email to everyone they show owed them money.

Shoot, I waaaayyyy overpaid them and this is the company who depsoited money into my account without me asking for it. So I had two loans one of which I knew nothing about until I decided to take control of this mess and started trying to figure who I borrowed from and how much I have paid.
