I have not been here in a couple of days. I have been busy with action instead of inaction. I have closed my account and opened up a Savings paying 8% and a different checking. I have also contacted Langhorne as an option for settling this. Thank you everyone for your help SO far in this. I will be looking around enlisting more help in this matter I am sure.

I am stuck in PDL with Cash Advance Network and Nationwide Lending. I live in North Carolina and wonder if the interest rates they are charging me are legal? They are $400% and plus> I've already paid both of them the loan back and then some roll-over fees. What can I do

markitty pdl's are illegal in NC.first you need to close your bank account and open a new one.then i would just cut to the chase and file AG complaints.do not let the pdl's know what your doing.they will bleed your current account dry.you must close your account or these pdl's will keep debiting.if you try to communicate with them about this they will bleed your account dry.do this and we can help you from there.

I closed my account at my bank this morning. They check to see if any pending transaction where schedule to come thru...none as of 10/30/08 and they informed me the account is closed as of 9:45AM today. So what do I do now to the companies I have these loans with?

moving right along.two things markkitty.

1)how much borrowed from each
2)how much debited by each.

please provide me this info.keep in mind that anything debited by these pdl's counts toward the loan.
