I have made the mistake of getting involved with the PDL people and now I have nothing to live on and the situation seems hopeless. I have no property except my car that I own $1500 on. I have a wife and 4 children to support on 1200 every two weeks...all of which is now being taken. What do I do????

These are the loans here in Missouri...all of which are Internet:

Cash Direct Express - $300 (Paid $360)
Cash Net USA - $250
One Click Cash - $300 (Paid $270)
Pay Day Yes - $600 (Paid $75)
United Cash Loans - $300 (Paid $180)
FirstBank of DE - $300 (Paid $49.64)
Big LTD - $200 (Paid $80.00)
Northway Credit - $300
Pay Day Cash Link - $300
World Wide Cash Credit - $200

I am in default on them all because I can not pay on the principle. WHAT DO I DO? I have nothing to live on!

Okay. First of all, we can help you! We're glad you're here! The first thing I am going to do is post your state pdl law, okay(just select your state) ? Then we can take a look at that and then we can take a look at your pdl's that you have. Don't worry!

He indicated that I should try to get a loan to pay the loans...how do I do that with poor credit. He also seemed to indicate that I could talk to them and see if I could pay them off one by one. That would be fine if some of them do not mind waiting. I just need to keep money to live on. I don't mind paying these leetchs but they take everything so I can't.

barman, looks like your state permits rollover/extensions (yuck). However, just by glancing, I can tell you that some of your pdl's are not even licensed/legal. I'll go over it more closely. I'm at work right now, so have to jump off. I'm not deserting you! I'll be back! Hang in there. We're off to a good start!

I'm sorry...I should have indicated in my second post that I contacted Joe Crider at the Missouri Dept of Finance.

Thank you for clearing that up! I'm going to have to ask you to hang in for a minute. If someone else comes along, that's fine. Maybe someone from your own state, which would be good. But your pdl laws are kind of crappy. Nothing personal! But I do believe we can help you here. We can look into each pdl. Like I said, I have to jump off, but I'll be back. In the meantime, maybe a fellow person from your state will see your post. If not, that's okay. We're all here to help you! Hang on!

barman, I can tell you right now who will not be licensed, then I'm going to check the others. I still don't like your pdl laws! LOL!
One Click Cash (MTE Financial) not licensed/illegal
United Cash Loans (MTE Financial) not licensed/illegal
BIG (overseas) not licensed/MORE than illegal
World Wide Cash - not usually licensed, but I'm going to double check that one...
Northway Credit - I have to ask - Is this Cash Borrower or another name? Northway Credit uses that name to debit accounts that are for pdl's with a different name. Mine was with Cash Borrower - who will not be licensed/legal. However, I need you to check and see which pdl Northway Credit is debiting for. Can you check for me? And I'm going to check the others you have listed... Hang in there!

Okay. Here's what I've got. And don't take it for 100% because some pdl's are sneaky. I'm understanding that these are all INTERNET loans, no store front loans, right? Just let me know so that I'm sure.
First, the First Bank of Delaware - is this an internet loan? If it is, could it be under a different name? Do you have any loan documents for it? I'm asking this because of the name "First Bank of Delaware". They could be using that name for a pdl with a different name & I can't be sure to say if they're licensed or not. I looked up First Bank of Delaware and no license shows. However, it could be under a different name. I need you to check on this one. World Wide Cash is not showing up as licensed, unless they are using a different name (they're usually not licensed). Cash Direct Express, they are actually GECCLoan. However, I looked under both names and neither are showing licensed. CashNetUSA is not showing as licensed. However, I've read posts about CashNetUSA. They might be using a different name?? They might not be considered a pdl?? I'm unsure of this one. PayDayYes is not showing up as licensed. PayDayCashLink is not showing up as licensed. Now, some of these pdl's use different names. Check your documents and see if any other names are on there. This way we can be sure. The First Bank of Delaware has me wondering. CashNetUSA has me wondering. And I need to know about Northway Credit. Who is the actual pdl that they are debiting for? Please post & I'll see what else I can do.

cannr, all of these loans are indeed INTERNET loans. Northway Debit is also CashTransfer Centers. As far as I can see on any of my documents, CashNetUSA goes only by that name. I am looking for the First Bank of Delaware information.

What does it matter if these angencies are not licensed? Is this going to help my situation?

I am REALLY glad I was able to find this site...it is going to turn out to be a God Send I think. Thank you for the help you have already offered!!

It is my pleasure to help in any way that I can. I just try to be extra careful regarding anything so that no one gets into any trouble. As far as Cash Transfer Centers - ILLEGAL. Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to scream that! They were one of mine also. Yes, I got every illegal one under the sun! LOL! And, yes, it does make a difference if they are licensed in your state or not. Some pld's are actually licensed where some members reside. Sad. The majority are not. A lot of pld's will spout off to you that you have to abide by their state law, not yours. We have to be careful about that also. This is why I stated the ones who are illegal. What I mean when I put that is that they are not even licensed in their own state. They are lending illegally and then they threaten you to death. So, we're taking it step by step here. Because once we get all this names/license/etc. stuff out of the way, we're going to go back and look at your state law, see what they allow, see what you owe or overpaid, etc. Okay? Can you see a light at the end of the tunnel yet? It might be getting a little brighter for you! Post the other information once you find it. Cash Transfer Centers. Oooohhhhh. So illegal.

And, PS, barman - Thank you for visiting my Home Page and putting such kinds words on there! That was really nice! And I do appreciate it! I am so more than willing to help you. And it doesn't bother me a bit. I know what it's like to be in the pdl situation. And I know the feeling of dispair. I don't ever want anyone to feel that way. It's a horrible feeling. And, if I can help you to not feel this way any longer, I'll be so happy. Thank you again for your kind words.

Is there anything I can do with my bank so they don't keep rolling over these charges and increasing my NSF charges?
