I got the Paper work back from FL AG, and it states to provide copies and all paperwork, checks and such from them.
SO here is my question-- What if I have nothing but telephone calls from them? I have not recieved one piece of paper or anything from either of the 2 payday loans they say I owe, nothing from either in email form. Only harassing phone calls at work. I dont even know what or who I owe right now to anyone at this point with all the dba's and aka anymore.
I only have the fact that Jackson Phillips has been harrassing me at work, and threating me with court.
-and there is no way to record the calls from here at work if I wanted or was legally able to.
What do ya'll think?
Thanks-

I would write a statement including any information you can about the calls (names, times, Qty). Include the website (if they are internet) or any addresses you can. Just give them any information you have.

I kept up with the dates they called, (not exact times) and the people whom I spoke with along with their qoutes on amounts I owed (which I know are totally blown out of the water) and what they threatened to do ( which I know was total BS). Though I wish I could locate an email address or even a internet address for Jackson Phillips.
I have my original complaint to the AG to work off of so I will just go with that.

I would keep a small notbook by your phone and everytime they call, I would record, the date, time, the name they give you and the gist of the call. Who said what and when? I would also save any voicemails they leave you at work, because you might have to forward it to a lawyer if possible.
