ok got up a little early wrote all of my letter and printed them up goingto post office on sat morning to send certified mail once again thanks again for everyone help and advice

That is great news! Now don't you feel better? I am so glad to hear your bank manager stood behind you on this....this is what you should have been told in the first place.

Volley I think this is what she is refering to:
Wachovia said they cant close my account while i have agreed ach debit fourthcoming
Bottom line is they Are working with Steve and that is what matters. Yay Wachovia!!!!

Slow day for me...I am sorry but what does that mean? That the account cannot be close if debits are scheduled?

Yes, this was what I responded to a couple of early times on in this thread about the bank. I went back and it took me reading it over several times to get the jist of what gave me the impression that they would not close the account? I had to explain to my bank that these fees were being made, for the most part by illegal companies, not even licensed to lend anywhere, who charged rates above the state law and that I had not known this until I sought the *counseling* of this site. She agreed with me.

well they (wachovia) took care of me and once again thanks for all of help the teller at the bank told me when i called to make an appoinment with the branch managfer told me that about the close of the account but she was wrong or didnt know
