I am new to this, so I will get right to it. I have three payday loans in Tennessee, and someone has mentioned a letter I was just wondering if anyone knew how to write it. Thanks lynn.

Are these store front or internet loans

How much did you borrow, and how much have you paid

Are any in default - Who are the companies you borrowed with

If these are store front, you need to make arrangements with them, as they usually follow the law, and tend to sue. With your info-no personal info-we can direct you which direction to go..Good Luck.Karen

I owe arrowhead investments 275, I have paid 75.00 and owe click cash,200.00 I have paid 60.00 and I owe nationwide and I have 300.00 and I have paid 360.00. help They are getting money from my check. Thanks Lynn

Is Natiowide an internet lender? You have overpaid them according to Tennessee laws.
