Default Need assistance with online payday loans

Are any of these online payday loans legal?

I have the following online payday loans

Discountadvances - $240.00 (have paid $600 in fees)
Paycheck today - 780 (have paid $180 so far). I renewed this one)
Star Advance - 294.00(renewal) paid $120.00 in fees
Wages Fastt - 276.00 - haven't paid yet
Inegrity Advance - $520.00 (renewed)
Loan Point USA- $390.0 (have paid $270.00 in interest)
Ace Cash Services - $390.00 (haven't paid yet)
Nationwide $460.00 (have paid $670.00 in fees)
Payday one - $533.00 (renewed this one) have paid $260.00 in fees)
United Cash - $520.00 (haven't paid yet)
Instant Cash Loans Till Payday $390.00 (have paid $725.00 in fees)

I reside in tennessee. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Natasha,

I have moved your post so t gets more attention.

All of those loans look Illegal in your state. The only loan that is licensed is Payday One. Most of your loans are waaaay overpaid.

The first thing you will need to do is secure your bank account immediately! Either place your account on "deposit only" status or close it alltogether. Please read the following link to help you better undertstand the process.

Unfortunately the laws in TN allows an Internet based payday loan company to lend legally as long as it is licensed in any US State. They would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed out of, not the state the consumer is in.

How do I find out which states the companies are licensed in.
