However, do you have more information on Sagamore and Zip19? Address? Phone number? Do you have your loan documents from them? If so, can you see if they have an address or if they state where they claim the law is "governed" by? If I can get more information on them, I can look them up. Or someone may come along and know!

Zip19 i think might be in NM not sure Sagamore no clue none of the docs have any address indicators on them. I found a Cease and desist letter on here but now cant find it can someone provide the link? The loans were all to hit my acct today but i have them blocked so i figure come Monday the phone calls will start.

okay here is what is on the zip19 website this is the only thing resembling an address i can find

I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but why is someone else posting their pdls on my thread, I'm having problems keeping up with my posts.

Dan at the BBB in tulsa Ok. told me that I could not file a complaint just because I was not happy with them.

jonna, you're having problems filing against the MTE related companies, correct? And they are saying you can't file "just because you're unhappy". What did you say in your complaint? Did you mention that these companies are unlicensed/illegal companies? What did you say in your complaints?

I told them that they were unlicensed and illegal, i finally got one on ameriloan, but i used a different address than the one listed. but on the other two i have not. here is what is was told, I found another address for ameriloan and used that and it went to a different bbb and ameriloan got it.

jonna, file again. This time complain about the "service" (I think that's one of the choices) and in your statement - just state that they are unlicensed/illegal and attempting to collect illegal fees. Try that.

I did do that just a little while ago under service. and this time Mr dan wade sent me an email and said I have received all your emails and still can not help you. can you file a comlaint against the bbb. I asked him why was he proctecting these companies and not me. i thaught that the bbb was supposed to protect the consumer guess i was wrong. How do I file with the Ag office? I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor.
