This is insane! File with your state AG. I found the site for my state AG by doing a google search. I just put in "my state" attorney general, and the site came up.

Guess what I finally got my complaints filed with the BBB. I told him that I felt like I was being discriminated against, and the people that are working with me on this all have successfully filed complaints against these companies for the exact same thing. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor, and that I wanted to file a complaint against him for discrimination. he filed my complaints.

Dear Guest. . .not many of us on here deal with Star Advance but I have just done so. I called Bank of the West's legal department. They process for them bank to bank, or should I said they USED to process for them. I was told that Bank of the West has severed their relationship with Star Advance and are no longer processing for them. I also sent an email to their administrator and she cancelled my debt ($293) just for the aggravation they gave me. I can supply that email if you would like but I don't think they will debiting any accounts anytime soon. Let me know if I can help. If you register with the site I could PM you if necessary.

I am going to put a hard debit block on my account today. Is there anything I need to do before I do this? any letters I need to send out? If so what are they? What do I do once I put the block on my account? Any help would be appreciated.

first get that block put on,then you send out the letters.one is an ACH revocation letter, the other is a wage assignment revocation letter.make sure you get that block on your account before you send those out.

desi, are you defaulting on all loans? Internet and storefront? You have a hard debit block on your bank account so nothing goes through? Is that correct?
