ive got thinkcash myself and in michigan. They are very very high interest, OUCH!! I have fallen behind, but the interest is still building day by day!! I had 12 payments of $88.54 for a $500 loan and if you cant pay that off in a couple of payments, it will be over $1000.
I have pd 3 payments and now i am 2 wks late on a payment, which they are aware of and my interest is at $203 as of today, so even if i could pay it off today, it would be $703 and ive already pd $265.62, so i will be ove rthe $1000.
i just made it look worse for myself : (
Good luck to you and do what you need to do!!
take care.

what is the difference between a payday loan and an installment loan? Are they legal everywhere? I am wondering the same thing. I live in Arizona.
What are the laws regarding an installment loan?+

an installment loan with Thinkcash is backed by the bank of deleware so they have different laws, they would go by banking laws & not pdl laws...from what I understand they can charge pretty much whatever they want, within reason of course, and it is legal
