After thinking I had a PIF from oneclickcash.com, I didn't and I called them to see when they were going to mark it PIF. The guy I spoke with was like we are not going to talk to you because you threatened to sue us. (lies). He said they will handle me in another way. I told him I was not going to pay another cent on this account. I told him I paid thousands of dollars over the past two years and refused to pay another dime. He kept hanging up on me- that's a switch. He stated they will handle me in another way. I told him he could handle BBB and the NC AG. What are they going to do next and are they apart of MTE?

sfate, welcome to the wonderful world of MTE Financial. Yes, they are a d/b/a of MTE. One Click gave me a bunch of crap. I also wouldn't give them any more money. They left me alone. But they still try to continue to debit my account. They will wait and try to debit, wait and try to debit, wait.... They will not "forget" about you. Horrible. MTE can bite me. And you. LOL! They more than likely aren't going to "do anything else" like "take care of it another way". Whatever the hell he meant by that. They didn't do squat to me (except continue to try to debit) one I told them I filed my complaints and to take it up with them. No calls. No collections. Whatever. They just lay in the rocks and wait and keep trying your account over and over hoping they'll get through.

Don't worry, they're just trying to scare you. They can't do anything to you. You filed your complaints right?

I am also dealing with these guys, as well as United Cash loans, and yes, they are both MTE.

Read this about one click cash:

http://www.ndbf.org/searches/Orders/...Click_Cash.pdf

I don't know if they have any other locations but the one in Nebraska has a cease and desist order placed against them.

From what I understand, the C&D is for the state the C&D is only. The C&D is really great; however, I think it's too funny because the damn company is illegal as all get go in the first place!

Oh, hell yes, lady bug! If it's got to do with MTE Financial, I'll find it! LOL!

They also have a Carson City, NV address. However, this address posted is the one they respond from. They're not hiding too hard! LOL! Plus the fact that we can find MTE anyway!

So........ladybug. I'm sure everyone in NE will be so thrilled to hear about the C&D! So, does this mean (and I mean REALLY mean) that anyone who has a "loan" with them that lives in NE, the contract is now considered null and void?
