These morons called today threatening legal action unless I call them back. The receptionist kept them in phone outer space until they finally relented and left a message. I have already informed the vp of operations and my payroll admin about these boneheads..anything else you guys can come up with would be appreciated.

yes they received it, i know they received it do to the fact they called me asking why I was sending this to them...dumb butts don't realize they confirmed they received it just by their actions. I guess I should send them another one

How can they take legal action, when they are in fact illegal Question

Under what State or Federal jurisdiction would they have to take legal action Question

By the way when they call does it come as unkown on your caller ID but they never leave a message, I get 10 of these per day at home and I refuse to answer these calls. I have issues with cashtoday.

Cash Today are a bunch of crooks.

They just started calling me again, after 2 years of not hearing anything. I got a call at 8am from their "Legal Department." He hung up after I asked AGAIN where exactly they are licensed.

Don't let them get to you. They can't take you to court since they are not licensed.

the person leaving the message did say he was from their legal department, the receptionist upfront said that she will keep them going around in circles till they give up and then she calls my ext and tells me don't answer. she's great. she actually thinks it's funny that they are that stupid.

Jessi, That explains just how stupid they are, how can they have a legal department, when they are illegal. I guess they need money to pay the State of Nevada that 50 Grand that they owe.

I'll have to find one of my old posts about them. One day they told me that they are licensed in all 52 United States. I told him that I thought that there were only 50 states....lol

When I was getting loads of calls from CTC, I would send them an email every time I saw their # on my desk phone. I would email the letter over and over in the same email string and advise that I was using this to log their calls.

After 5-6 times, they stopped calling.

Deeann you need to contact NV again. the AG and the DFI.You need to tell them what you have sent and now what they are doing. That will give them more ammo for their case.

Plus tell them to go ahead and take you to court. Because they don't have a license and the judge will throw out the case because they don't have that license to lend. Thats what my DFI tells me to tell them. Like they will take the time and come to your city for $200? It would cost them more than that just to get there.

Now this is typical. It's the holidays and a full moon, to boot--which is why Cash Today is rearing its ugly head again! The Fed Gvt also needs to be involved here. Legal action, my foot!!!

hello, I was crazy and took out a loan with cash today
too and stopped making payments so know because of financial reasons I am filing Bankruptcy and tried to send them a letter to them they refused to give me there address. But I tricked the collections and they gave me a NV address but it was the wrong street so ran across a ripoffreport website and found the correct address in NV. I was woundering if you could tell me if my address is correct since you sent them a letter.
