I have been getting phone calls from this company,threating to come to my work and serve papers for a law suit on a payday loan i took out ,but they can not tell me who it was with ,am in north carolina and not sure what i need to do.should i pay them are just ignore the treats.

one report them asap as they broke the law with the threat.as for you #2.wth is engligh?do not call someone out on grammar when your spelling is that of a 7yr old.now back to the OP.a police report is what you file.then ignore them totally.they can't do a thing they threaten.if a number looks strange do not answer.let it go to v-mail,and then delete the message.do that.

Payday loans are ILLEGAL in NC....they are holding a dirty note. Even if they attempted to sue on it, you have defense.
