I have not made my Nov payment to Cash Call, and I am getting tons of calls. If I continue to not pay does anyone the time line of what steps they will take?

I don't know the time line, but I can tell you the same thing happened to me this month and the phone calls just about sent me over the edge!! I paid them yesterday finally, I couldn't take it anymore!

Cash Call is a legally operating company. If you continue to not pay them, they can take steps to collect. Most likely they will just bug the crap out of you until you pay. But they could also sue you for the remainder of the loan plus court costs.

kimberly-They will call AND they have the legal grounds to sue you if needed as a means to coillect.

Kimberly, there have been people who have posted that Cash Call has sued them. There have been some who have also posted Cash Call sent them to Collections but there is no way to guarentee they will not sue. As stated above they are legal and have the grounds to take you to court.

Yes, they can sue. I know of several people that have been sued by them, and I know of people that were just sent to a collection agency.

Well I am now two months in arrears with Cash Call. I am getting calls on my home phone, but I just do not answer them. Im starting to think that if I just ignore them then they will sell my loan to a collection agency whom it will take years for them to collect from me.
