I went to the BBB website about Together Cash and found some interesting stuff. First of all..it says that Red River Ventures/PDL Ventures/TogetherCash is located on a Montana Indian reservation and does not have to register with the Montana Secretary of State or does not need to be licensed through the State of Montana. Does this mean that they are NOT ILLEGAL??

Also..another address I got was:

RR1 Box 544
Box Elder, MT 59521

Just because a business is on a Indian reservation..does this mean that they get immunity from the laws of the states??

That's pretty much what a California appeals court ruled earlier this year. Remember though that "immunity" doesn't make the loans legal. Immunity only means that the states can't fine them, etc. It does NOT mean that the tribes can enforce the loans in your state's courts.

Well I filed a complaint todaty with the SD Attorney's General's office because I feel that PDL Ventures/Red River Ventures/Together Cash misleads the consumer. If they are supposively headquartered in Montana..why do they tell us that Nevada law applies??? Also...this company is very hard to get a hold of. I was getting phone calls all the time when I put a stop payment on their ACH withdrawl. Then when I told them that I felt that they were ILLEGAL and that I was going to file some complaints about them..the phone calls suddenly stopepd and I have not heard anything from them in over a week. Why do you think that is?? I think it's because they know their business practices are not right. We'll see what happens now since I filed a complaint.

I got a hold of them through an e-mail that I wrote. I wrote them at customerservice@togethercash.com. I told them about how they are ILLEGAL and how they mislead the consumer and I have not heard back from them in quite some time. I don't think they like it when the borrower knows the laws more than they do.
