Yes, you need to take care of your bank account. You need to protect it from any withdrawls. Read the sticky located here:

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...e-account.html

Now, in TN, companies only have to be licensed in a US state to lend legally. They would follow the laws of the state they are licensed in.

I know that Payday Loan Yes is not licensed in any US state.

There is a chance the other 2 are not licensed anywhere either. Do you still have the contracts?

For Total Lending, I'm guessing it will have a "Choice of Law" clause in it - This is where they say something to the effect of "You agree to follow the laws of X State blah blah blah."

What state does it say?

Before you figure out your options, you need to know for sure if all the loans are unlicensed or if some of them do have a license. It makes a huge difference in your case.

Yeah, okay, they are out of the Bahamas. They are not going to be licensed in any US State.

So, Fash Cash . . . . Do you have any other information on them? A phone number? What exactly does it say on your bank statement for the withdrawls?

I do not think that there is sufficient evidence to say that they are the same company.

Payday Loan Yes does have other names. But Fast Cash is a new one. Until I see something that proves it is the same company, I would not assume it to be. Phone numbers can go to call centers, where many different companies use it's services. Mail drops are the same. Just because there is a same address or phone number does not mean it's the same company.
