Today, I get a call from total lending ( one of my pdl's) We went thru the same old conversation, me: "you ain't legal", them: "we are legal"......

Are you guy's ready for this?? They said, because I asked them for the loan, it makes it legal. What do ya think? I think they just made up a new pdl law !

Ok, Well that is logic that I dont think we have heard before. Ya know. ya gotta laugh at these clowns. I wonder if they even hear themselves and how silly they sound

Some states, but not Florida, allow businesses to be unlicensed when you seek them out. In other words, if you go and search on the internet and find them, you are bound by their laws, but if they solicit you, they are bound by your laws.

But as I said this is not the case in Florida.

I wonder what kind of training these individuals have to go through. I don't think anyone really knows do they. Nobody has offered any of that info have they. Seriously I would like to know what are they teaching these people in their collection techiniques.
