I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum.

I am having Town & Country take over. I am not a very assertive person and honestly don't think I have the fortitude to deal with the PDL's and their strong arm tactics. My question is does anyone have experience delaying their starting their pay back program with T & C for a couple of weeks. My pay day is the 3rd of July and I am scheduled to go on a long planned family trip. If I pay T&C, then I will have nothing for this trip

I would suggest you give them a call and see what they can do. Hopefully they are more sympathetic than Langhorne.

They were very nice in letting me start my payback on July 11, my next payday . I started with them on June 22.

I agree, I would just give them a call. Besides they are a PDL consolidation company, so they have to be a littlr more sympathethic than the actual PDLs themselves Smile

I use them also and they have been very flexible with my payments, give them a call...

How long does it take before T&C start sending your creditors your money? I have asked for a print out of my schedule and still haven't received it.

yes. I signed up a month ago. Paid my retainer and have sent two payments.

And you have not gotten your statement of accounts yet??? I would call them, I paid retainer and 1st months payment last week and was told my statement of accounts wouuld come this week. I have a friend who recently signed up and he got his statement within a few days of sending his money, something must have gotten missed.

I will call them again. I still have cashnetusa calling me though, even after I have sent them a ceise and desist and T&C has suposedly worked something out with them.

I want to see how much they are sending these people. And while they have been great to deal with, I have to make sure these creditors are being paid.

Hey I just went and checked my mail and I got my statement of accounts. This is the list of creditors and how much we are paying each one...

There have been times where I had to call them up again and ask for it. I think sometimes they are so busy they forget to put things in the out box. Or the mail carrier looses my papers from them once in a blue moon.
