Has anyone worked with Town And Country Acceptance Corporation and finished out the contract? My husband and i are working with them but the pay day loan people are still calling and saying they do not work with debt management companies. But town and country assured me that they will handle everything i am just getting nervous that it's not going to work out and then we have waisted more money and got more behind. Is there anyone out there who can calm my worries. I would appreciate it.

Do a search of Town And Country Acceptance Corporation or even T&C in the search box and it will help you out some. I have a few months left with T&C (been with them for 14 months now). Your going to get a lot of people saying they do not work with them but maybe 80 to 90% of my companies did. I even had legal storefronts with T&C. I had one company that would not work with them and offered me a settlement amount if I paid them off in two months.

I'm working with Town And Country Acceptance Corporation now too. It's my understanding they specialize in pdls.
I worked with Town And Country Acceptance Corporation and finished out the contract. I had some major problems at first getting the T & C people to contact the payday loan companies and to stop the fees from accruing. They would say they sent letters, but according to the payday loan companies, they never received anything. After about four months from the initial contract, this problem was resolved, and the payments I made to T & C started paying down the payday loan balances. But watch out for Apple Payday loans. They contacted me about halfway through the contract stating they never agreed to anything. T & C contacted them and was able to sort things out, but after another $300 was added as fees to the payday loan with Apple.
After T & C says everything is ok, and they have contracted with the payday loan companies, follow up on your end with the payday loan companies also, just to make sure. I was eventually able to get out of debt with the payday loan companies through T & C.

I was just told by Town and Country after dealing with them for 10 months that they are no longer doing business in Kansas. They did help pay off one pdl, but I still have three left. They told me to just send them money orders on my own and they will accept them. It kind of sucks because I just happened to call in and check on my account and they gave me the bad news. Now what am I suppose to do?

well its real and everyone have a different time zone they are central standard time
i have a question the loan on my truck was secure with a credit union and i put them on town and country they called the credit union and they refused to allow them to pay my bill because they said its secure.even if a loan is secure can they deny my method of payment even when its town and country
i am thinking of working with town and country for consolidation of payday loans. i am a bit nervous myself. are they a legit company? their customer service is great so far, but i havent given them any money yet, so.....
does anyone have any reccommendations for other paydAy loan consolidation companies??
