Hi. I am new to the site and need HELP. I have way too many payday loans. How do I consolidate them? How do I get out from this vicious cycle? How do I save myself from losing everything I own? At this point, my entire paychecks are going towards fees..over $750 bi-weekly. My marriage is suffering and I can not sleep at night. Please...if anyone has any info, please help me. I have heard that Tandamp;C will help, but I do not know how to contact them...Thanks in advance for any advice. Amy

Everyone, as I have said many times in the last few days, I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Your advice has been priceless and has helped me feel like I am NOT a horrible person after all and that there IS hope at the end of this PDL tunnel.

Ok...that being said, let's all work together and help get people like me out of this situation. I know there has to be so many more people in this boat. If we help each person who needs it, we are one person closer to getting rid of these sharks. I need this groups help and support...and I know there are more who do also. I want to get this situation under control so I can be a wonderful supporter like all of you.

Thanks again so much. Together we can make a powerful force...let's gang up on these sharks and make a difference. Agreed?

I felt embarrassed and ashamed of what I had done but the bottom line is that it is the nature of the beast to rob "peter to pay paul" to keep things afloat. Ok...the phone calls have begun.. Sad

CTC called me today and threatened anything and everything, including making sure I NEVER got a checking acct again. Any ideas on how to handle these? Also...I noticed that CashnetUsa sent thru debits again...even though I had canceled them Thursday. Any ideas???? Please help!!

Ami have you closed that checking account? If not do so IMMEDIATELY! And send a wage revocation to cash transfer center and your hr department IMMEDIATELY. Thes scum bags will continue to debit your account uless it is closed. File a complaint with you ag, FTC, FBI Homeland Security - go to the ICE link - they investigate cyber crimes. CC all of your pdls ithe the complaints so that they know that you are serious and mean business.

Ami, good advice from irish. CTC will not keep you from opening another checking account. They aren't even in the US so I highly doubt they use Chexsystems. If you have problems opening a new account, let goudah know. She can find a bank in your area where you can open a new account. Do what irish said because they will contact your payroll department and try to exercise their wage assignment on you and file all the complaints with the people listed above......this company really needs to be brought down!!! When you close your checking account make sure that ach debits won't reopen it. If they say they will, ask them to put a hard hold on the account so nothing else can go through.

Oops...I forgot to mention that I know that CTC is full of sh** about the checking acct thing...I just opened a new one today.

No, I haven't closed my other acct...I am afraid to cuz it's sitting at a neg balance cuz of this sh**.

Grrr....feeling kind of frustrated.

More than likely the bank will not let you close the account because it is negative. At least you got a new one opened. Smile

My account was negative due to the pdls also. It was $587 I think overdrawn....eventually the bank closed it for me. I would talk to the bank and let them know you are having problems and see if you can make payments to get the account back to a zero balance, that way they won't close it and report you to Chexsystems and then start collection activities. Basically, from here, anything that CTC says is crap. They are so shady it isn't funny. Don't let them scare you one bit. They are crooks. Just make sure you do the wage revocation letter to your hr dept and CTC immediately. I know it is frustrating but it is going to get better. I dealt with these people too and I know how they can be.
