I have a bunch of payday loans that I took out online. I live in South Dakota, which has very lax laws. What do I do? I found out that UCL and Ameriloan are both illegal in my state. What about Cashnet? I don't know what to do. I'm working 4 jobs to try to cover just payments. Please help.

Please list out all of your lenders, how much they deposited into your account and how much they've debited from your account thus far.

Cashnet: borrowed $500, have paid $475, still owe $425
Mypaydayloan: borrowed $400, paid $565, still owe $300
cashdirectexpress: borrowed borrowed $700 initially, then refinanced, and am still paying it off, in total with the refinance, I have borrowed over $1000, have paid them $3600, and still owe $660!!

Figure out exactly how much they deposited into your account vs. how much was debited. They owe you.

Is this CashNetUSA or Cashnet?

Don't. Most of us here have been there. You'll feel much better when you're actually receiving your entire paycheck again :)

CashnetUSA is legal and licensed. You'll have to pay that one. Call them and ask for an extended payment plan.
For all the others, follow the step by step advice in my signature link.
