Now all of a sudden they are calling and emailing me!

Ha! I called them and asked for the lady that signed it, and they told me that their wasn't anyone there by that name, asked me what address I sent it to, I told them and they said that I needed a suite number! Yea right!

Why are you sending it to United? If anything you need to send to the parent company, not another subsidiary.

I sent it to Global as well, but United are the ones that call me, and when I called the number back that was on the caller ID they answered PDL Yes, and I called from another outside number!

It's probably a call center that works for all their "names".

Just make sure it was also sent to Global's address. That is where the real people are located. The other places are just CS reps or mail drops.

I sent it to the PO BOx and it came right back to me, but when I looked online at the BBB they were not listed as one of their other names, this stuff is confusing!!
