Default Payday Loan Clarity - TEXAS

My loans are in Texas and I have questions on how to proceed with them.

United Cash Loans - $500 Principal - I have had numerous loans with this company and I have paid them $1000's over the pricipal borrowed.

Nationwide Cash - $300 Princial - I have paid fees totalling over $300.

CashSpot - $300 Principal - I have paid fees totalling over $300.

Everyone here was very helpful with getting my bank account closed. I have negotiated terms with all of the other CSO's I had. I don't know what to do with these last three?

I think you can opt for debt consolidation which will let you out of this mess and stop paying those extra amounts. You can also get a Free counseling from the expert professionals of our community.

I know that United Cash Loans isn't licensed to lend anywhere, if I were you, I would send them a letter informing them you have discovered they are unlicensed to lend, and all you are liable to pay them is the principal amount you borrowed. First, I would add up all the interest and fees paid to them, and deduct it from the actual amount (principal) you should have paid them, I'm willing to bet they owe YOU money. After you have figured out how much they owe you, demand a PIF, and a refund. You probably won't get a refund, but it doesn't hurt to try. You really should file a complaint with your Attorney General about them, also file complaints with the FTC and BBB. Inform this company also about the complaints you filed against them. I'm not sure about the other two pdl's but I will do some checking to see if they are licensed.
