well for starters.how much have you paid back in debits.you see pdl's are prohibited in NY and these pdl's are illegal anyway,so you owe the principle borrowed.nothing else.i would inform them of this and file AG complaints and FTC complaints.you do not owe 800.00.they are a joke of a pdl.

richie anything that was debited from this illegal pdl goes toward the loan.you say you got the loan on oct 20th and you paid nothing?no any debits taken go toward the loan.please tell me how much was debited total.it doesn't matter that they say it was fees.they are liars.

okay now were getting somewhere.if you have closed your account,i would still fire off letters to these pdl's.they have the same miami OK address.just know that you don't have to pay when they say or what they say.as long as they can't debit you have control.i got your PM and am saying it here.do not take another pdl,you dn't have to.pay these cretins what you can when you can.when you have paid the 500.00 combined off.do not send anymore money you are paid.just don't even think about another pdl please.

you owe them 500.00 total no interest.if you have to get the NY AG involved so be it.they broke the law lending to you and can do nothing technically to collect.we do advocate paying back what was borrowed, but that is the principle and with money orders to a physical address.

When you pay back the principal, do not use anything with your account number on there. UCL's will get you.

Bottom line is
Pay day Loans are illegal in NY state. All you are obligated (If you want ) to do is pay back ONLY the actual amount borrowed

I am sorry for not logging in that was me Kstaff24 that made that comment as a guest. I will be the first to apologize if I am out of line but like I said above something is not right here. I would hate to think someone would take out more payday loans knowing they are not legal just so they can get money and not feel obligated morally to pay them back. I dont like what I am seeing here thats for sure.
