Ok, so I'm new here but have been reading up on united cash loans. are they not legal anywhere?? I'm in PA

I have a loan with them and they are willing to do a payment plan.

PAYDAY LOANS ARE PROHIBITED IN YOUR STATE, send them a letter stating this (even though im sure they know) there are some great letters here you can use!

actually PA turns a bline eye to payday loans and as long as they are licesned in another state they are fine in PA

good point guest but UNITED CASH LOANS will not be licensed anywhere.so this is an illegal pdl no matter what state you are in.that was good to point that out because it is true.

that depends,how much was borrowed,and how much including fees paid back.chances are if you paid back the principal in fees you may not owe any more.

I'll have to get my bank statements out to see what I paid in fees. how do I let them know i don't owe anymore money if the fees add up to the principal? Which i think they do

I paid 315.00(in fees) to united cash loans on a 350.00 loan. So what now? Tell them I only owe them 35.00, lol?

are the really not licensed anywhere?

They have no licenses anywhere.

UCL claims that the "lender" is the Miami Tribe of Eastern Oklahoma and that Indian nations are allowed to do anything, anywhere . . . But they're really just a call center in Overland Park, Kansas that gives the tribe a piece of its profits in exchange for the use of its name.

how do I handle them? I feel like I only owe 35.00 then, in PA the lender must be licened in their hometown. How do I make them aware of this?
