I just received a call from United Cash Loans at work and they threatened me they needed payment by 7pm this evening. they ask me if i had a lawyer and i said no and i did not have any money. They call constantly and harrass me for payment.

If so what state are you in and how much was it for and how much have you paid back?

Of all the PDLs out there, UCL is one of the worst. Do what Shazzers said and file the complaints with the FTC, also with your State financial regulatory agency. So they're going to "call the police" on you, huh? Which police, where you're at? Or maybe where they're at, their bogus address which they keep on Indian tribal land so THEY don't have to obey the law? They are pathetic.
