The BBB has closed my complaint against United Cash Loans on line lending, I am in Nebraska, without resolve. Was I wrong to resubmit the complaint to try to get it resolved? Thanks

no you were right to file the BBB complaint.united cash loans is also part of MTE and lied to the BBB.this place along with all other MTE d/b/a's lie to agencies like the BBB.your next step is to file AG complaints.

I have filed with the AG as well I need to contact them to follow-up. I asked this in a previous thread, but by chance do you know why I am not getting notified via email when I have a response. That is a nice quality, it was so helpful especailly when I first started this and felt so desperate! You guys and lots of prayers have helped that, I think actually you were answers to one of those prayers. Since the lottery prayer is not working so well LOL
