Has anyone heard of this Internet PDL and are they legal? I am in Ohio.

Oh yeah; do a "search" at this site, you'll see that lots of people (including myself) have dealt with United Cash Loans. Don't think they're legal or licensed anywhere, but possibly someone else can correct me?

I did find out that ameriloan shares the same collections web site. Both have been emailing me.
They both sent me the same contact page to set up a payment. They are obviously related. These are the only two out of three harassing me.
Thanks for your info, I assumed they were illegal but wasn't sure.

yep,ameriloan,USFASTCASH,UNITED CASH LOANS,500 FASTCASH.are all MTE,there are several more.probably close to 36 d/b/a's in all.

Yeah after doing a search I found that out...
500 Cash is the only one on my credit report at this time. How can these guys report anything if they are doing business illegally?

They harrassed me and finally sent me to a collection agency in TX which refused to remove the negative from my credit reports I sent an ITS letter and they paid me 1000.00 bucks...
