I am also a victim of this company. They were collecting on a payday loan from ameriloan. I wired the money like an Idiot. They are still trying to hit my bank account for more. Thankfully its shut down. So I wont get those fees again. At one time I was 700 in the negative because of Ameriloan. Where would be the best place to send a complaint to? Thanks John

Not all of them. The illegal, unlicensed ones are not backed by big banks.

I have had money taken out of my account without a phone call and I do not have any debt consolidation companies of the sort. The phone number on my statement was Tracus Processing system 904-236-5142. I called this number and it says that a "peter wolf" is not available. I also filed fradulent payment withdraws with my bank. 3 transactions totalling 650.00 all on the same day! Do not know how they got my debit card numbers. Do not shop on line or anything like that. What else can I do about this company? I cancelled my debit card immediately when I say these transactions on my statement.

I too have been harrassed by these people threatening arrest, but i did not back down and i have not heard a word from them but that is not to say it won't happend. I am not giving these people any money. How do they live with themselves.
