This is one of my ipdls that I left listed with my dmp because I still owe them a little.I have paid $180. on a $200. loan but I imagine they have added a ton of other charges by now. I got an email from them asking if I forgot them...LOL. Evidentally my dmp counsilor has had trouble contacting them. In any case...I have the address now and such but am wondering if anyone else has dealt with them...are they also a part of another dba??? Any info will help...thanks!!

Morningstar, This is a new one on me. They have been changing names so much anymore it dosent suprise me. Thats there way of running from the law. KYSIDE38

Is this company licensed in your state? If so, review the laws of your state and know the balance left. You may pay it by yourself and remove the account from your dmp. Make sure you get the loan marked PIF by Upfront Cash.

no, none of the ones I have are licensed. I am going to email them back with my same cease and desist letter/Indiana state laws, etc. And see what happens.
