to be downloaded two weeks ago.nothing,do not
worry they can't do anything,just not the tone
in there calls.it will sound more desperate.
just laugh and delete there messages.

It never ceases to amaze me what you can get away with when it comes to collecting without being extinguished. These clowns should have been shut down years ago. Like Paul says, they have probably moved on an easier target!

Well, I spoke too soon I guess. My daughter said they called the house a little while ago and when she hung up on them, they called right back. What do I do?? The thing is I know I have a couple of payday loans out there that were not completely paid but it was not with Cash Today. I frankly don't remember who they were with since they were a few years ago. This guy told me on the phone the other night that U.S. National Bank has over 250 payday lenders on the Internet so I supposed it is feasible I could have had a loan with one of those 250 companies. Then what?? I did send the Cease and Desist letter to them but if they really have no valid addresses, I doubt if they will receive them. What should I do? Should I call them back??

what for?all they will do is threaten stupidly.
there is no point,just hang up on them.see if you can get a #off caller id then don't answer,or just hang up.

I understand what you are saying but what I do owe money to one of these 250 payday loan companies they represent? I may very well, however, I have never had a loan with Cash Today which is who they are calling me about.

I had read on here about T&C. Do any of you have experience with them? I have three payday loans. Would it do any good to call them to see if they can help me consolidate them? I notice some posts on the website say there are no companies who will consolidate payday loans?? Sorry to be so nervous over all of this!

that is not the point,demand something in writing.
they have no right to keep threatening no like this,if they are not going to provide any info or send any info,then don't talk to them.as i said before they can't do anything but call and be stupid.make them give you info or don't be bothered.

I know you keep telling me not to worry about this but they have called twice again today. I sent them a Cease and Desist letter but if they do not have a true address, not sure if anyone will even be able to sign the return receipt to show I sent it?? Thanks and sorry to be so nervous! I am just so afraid they are going to call my boss and then I may be out of a job!

to save your job you will have to stretch the truth slightly.tell him this is a scam company,or tell him you were a victim of identity theft.make your boss your ally,not your enemy.in fact it is fraud if they keep this up.they won't give you any info and there threats are illegal and comical.i understand you are nervous,but you have to get control of the situation,and the way is to talk to your boss and never talk to these jokes again if you can help it.

My boss is out of town now until the latter part of June. In between the time of sending you a note and reading your response, I did talk to our switchboard operator and told him about the situation. He said he would not put the call through but I am still afraid if they are smart enough to hit "zero" and roll out of my voice mail, they will get a live person.

Oh man, I am so embarrassed to tell my co-workers. As I said before, I know I have some pdl's that were not paid completely but they were never with Cash Today. So, I may owe something. I know you keep saying not to worry about it since they have to prove the debt but I am still scared.

this is what illegal jamokes count on,you being scared.i know it is embarassing,but once you level with your co-workers a weight will lift.if they care about you,you will be amazed how they help you.

actually,talking to them only encourages them.they can't do a thing.get your co-workers and friens and family on the same page and watch them disappear.
