I guess I spoke too soon. I said they had not called since last Wednesday night. Now they called again tonight. I didn't answer the phone. I just saw it on the Caller ID. I am counting on the fact that you guys have said they will eventually give up. This has gone on off and on for two weeks. When do they finally give up??

yes they will,give it time.i know it has been two weeks,but i had them on me for 3 or 4 weeks.that is because i returned a couple of calls.do not talk to them at all.

I went in on the U.S. BBB website this morning. I think I may have told you when I first got a call from these guys that they eventually (after asking about six times) told me they were from Morgan and Associates. However, the next couple of times they called me, even though it was the same number, they said they were from U.S. National Bank. The BBB website has an address for Morgan and Associates which is totally different than the one they gave me so I am sending another cease and desist letter today. What do you guys think about this number and them claiming it belongs to two different companies??

Just keeping you up to date. They called me again three times today. I didn't answer. are you sure they called this much before they finally gave up? This is the beginning of my second week. I know some of you have said it went on for 3-4 weeks but you thought it was because you made the mistake of talking to them.
I thought I had found a good address for them on the U.S. BBB site today. So, I was going to try this address to send another cease and desist letter. I got to the post office and it was not a valid address. How can i send a letter if there is no valid address?? I am ignoring them as you suggest but I would at least like to get a letter to them but I have to find them first! Any suggestions? Tweety, did you send letters and did they call you this much?

I hate to keep bugging you guys. You have been so great with your advice. But, what do I do if I cannot find a valid address to send a cease and desist letter?? It seems like they quit calling for a few days and then start up again.

that is how it went for me.the 3-4 weeks started when i stopped talking to them period.it is a pain,but they cannot do anything.once they get it through there thick accented skulls,they will move on.just be patient.

they have a nevada address,but that is a shell address.

They did this to me, I told them all my loans were paid, i could send them documentation, i had a lawyer and did they want his number, they hung up and never called again....

Well you are now educated in your rights and what they CAN and CANNOT do. Just stay strong. You need to focus on more important things than these idiots! trust me I had 11 PDls and now am PDL FREE thanks to the help I got here! This forum will help you as much as we can. We have all been threw it, so stay strong and ignore calls. Do not be nervous. THEY ARE ILLEGAL!! Wink
