well i got 200.00 last month from usfast cash by direct deposit . they never gave me their e-mail and i forgot to write it down .anyhow they debited my account 60.00 on first of aug. but they have no phone number , here or nation wide so how to do i contact them .what is this interest deal they told me nothing .sincerily with regards johann henry

eli, when you took the loan with USFastCash, you should have loan documentation. USFastCash does nothing verbally. They have documentation of the loan papers. The contact information posted above is correct. You can contact them and request that they send you the loan documents. That way you will have them in your hand as written documentation. You need this. Try just emailing them and request that they send you your loan documents. This way you will have their papers stating their rates/terms/etc. and you can compare it to your state law and have proof in your hand that they are not operating legally.

Cannr: USFastCash sent me a copy of the electronic loan documents but not their licensing # or audit # for Florida AND they aren't complying by Florida law even if they WERE licensed! Any suggestions?

what is the loophole for state of PA? what is the law for PA for states who give loans ( usfastcash) geneva roth, cashnetusa and netcashusa, who are not licensed in my state of PA? thanks so very much

Do states that do not have a lic to operate in my state PA have the right to disperse or debit funds if they are not licensed? In Pa specifically - my attorney said my payday loans well - 3 of the 4 so far at least are not licensed - Kansas ( geneva roth)loan note says utah...2. usfastcash - says oaklahoma (moneygram address) but loan out of nevada and 3.cashnetusa ( loan out of bluff, illinois( where you send moneygram) but loan note say bank of nevada?? and site says chicago??) and finally, netcashusa - won't respond to me - site says new mexico but think it's nevada or utah..

From what I understand about PA pdl law is that PA will allow the pdl if they are licensed SOMEWHERE. They must have a license in SOME state. If they are indeed licensed in SOME state, PA residents have to follow the pdl state law. Which really bites because the pdl state law is usually very "generous" for the pdl, not you. If the pdl is not licensed ANYWHERE, then the pdl is not legal. You will not find USFastCash licensed ANYWHERE in the United States. They are illegal.

Any good suggestions to help her....Ive never emailed any of these companies before so I'm not sure just how to go about doing it but just say YOU JERKS you're not getting anymore than the state allows....

My girlfriend is still dealing with USFASTCASH- She filed complaints against them and came back with a settlement offer of $175.00 but it must be paid with a moneygram.......they wont take money orders/or debit cards. Is this true. They said this was their final offer. If she didnt except this they would go for the origional amount they want is $ 400.00.
Can they do this? Make her pay by moneygram ONLY?

Damn, tweety! They put it right there in black and white that they will not accept anything other than money gram!  Geesh! I guess she could always try morningstarr's tactic. Counter offer saying she will agree to the amount MINUS the moneygram fee. I thought that was hilarious, but her pdl went for it! So she just paid the settlement amount minus the moneygram fee to get a pif. Worth a shot! It costs money to money gram/western union!

We just got a loan from fast cash and I have been trying to get a hold them and can not find a number or e-mail address. I have been read your articles I guess we made bad choice of borrowing money.

Welcome....if you have been reading on here you will know the pain and trouble most of these types of loans cause. I would suggest you pay them off as quickly as possible and please try to find a way to never take a loan from a payday lender again.
