I have been fighting the PDLs myself the past few months with mixed results.
I am still having issues with some of them and do not have the time to deal with them. I am considering T&C, but I want to know if things get better using them or not?
if anyone can post on this thread a success story after using T&C, i would appreciate it!

IF you do a search for T & C you can see lots of good posts about using them. I'm just signing with them and will be sending my first pmt this coming friday, so I can't really tell you that I've been successful yet, but I can tell you they are very nice and I truely believe they can help us.

ok so it took me month to really get started with T & C...I am sending my first payment on Friday...I have read a few posts (and have gotten some PM's), that say that once the proposals go out to my creditors that often the creditors require more money then what T & C orginally quotes....Has anyone had any personal experience with this that you can share? The amount they are quoting me, seems WAY reasonable...so I'm really wondering what the deal is.. Thanks Reny
