Hi,

I live in the state of Utah and I have 2 loans with Cashnet USA, one is $800 and one is $1000.

I took these loans out over 2 years ago because I had an emergency and since my bank would not help me I really had no other option but to turn to these guys. Basically I am just stuck. I am paying them about $450 every two weeks, and because the interest is so high I can not afford to pay the principle, so basically I extend it 3 times (the limit in Utah), pay it in full, then have to get it back again to pay my bills.

I really need some advice on how to escape this trap and what the best course of action is.

Step One would be to find out it CashNet is licesed in the state of Utah. The Utah Attorney General's office can probably help you find that out. If they are not licsend by your state, close your bank acct ASAP and never pay them another dime!

Cashnetusa is a legal lender in your state, they offer an extended payment plan, but you will need to request it.
