I got a letter today from WebPayday. The letter states that I am governed by the state laws of Utah. They refered to Title 70C of the Utah Comsumer Credit Code. They say did not make any payment towards the loan an I know that I did. They want $200.00 to have the loan paid in full and I need to mail my payment to Loren R Cook & Associates in Houston TX.

Are you considering paying it and getting the headache over with, then hopefully they will leave you alone.

I have to check my old bank statements to see if I have paid the orginial amount that I have borrowed from them. I live in NC where payday loans are illegal.
