I called the # at the top, but they told me they can not help with pdls in utah. can someone please help me? I'm to the point now I can't sleep.

Please give us the names of the storefronts. Since they are all legal you do owe them all but if we have the names we can help guide you further.

Many store fronts allow an EPP, Extended payment plan. Advance America will for sure as they are a CFSA member.

You need to request the EPP one days before the loan is due.

You need to call each Corp Office to discuss an arrangement. You have listed approximately $5500 that you owe in these PDL's and that does not include other bills,ie credit cards, car payment, rent/mortgage, ect. If you cannot get some sort of relief from each Corp Office, I would begin the process of investigating bankruptcy. It is not the best scenario, but you are pretty deep and without a drastic change in "outflow" with your cash, it will be tough to stay above water.

I've contacted The Cash Store to set up a EPP and they said they can't help me. Is there any thing you can advise me to help me?

Report them to the CFSA, due to the fact they are members they must abide by the industries best practices.
Office Address

Community Financial Services Association of America
515 King Street
Suite 300
Alexandria, VA 22314
Phone: 703-684-1029
Fax: 703-684-1219
cfsa@multistate.com

Or, contact their corporate office to let them know you were refused the EPP, also inform them you will file a complaint with the CFSA if they don't abide by the industries best practices.

They will help only prior to defaulting. Have you already defaulted
