I have so far paid/had marked paid in full 4 of my payday loans. I have 5 more to go. I am battling Paycheck Today. I have sent a complaint to the BBB, which the company never responded to, so my complaint was closed, and I have also filed a complaint with my state office of financial regulation. Nothing yet. I legally owe them $30.00, but am afraid that if I just send them a money order for $30 with a letter stating that this is what I legally owe them, they still make try to get more money out of me.
One click cash sent me one email about "using a form letter" and I responded back to them and have not heard anything since. Not sure what to do.
I still have to send Payday Cashlink $120 which is what I legally owe them. I am sending that out tomorrow.
Eastside Lenders- I sent them a letter (I have overpaid them) certified mail, but have not heard anything from them.
VC Funding-I Know they are gonna be a b***h to work with. I took out $250.00 with them and they have taken out $150.00 in renewals, which means I only legally owe them $100.00. I havent heard anything from them yet.
I guess I'm just getting a little discouraged. I want these paid off now! Just need some encouragement!

Sometimes it takes a while . . . . Be patient!
You are already almost 50% there! That is immense success in just a few weeks! I would just keep sending them letters. The more they hear from you, the more they may take you seriously.

i have 7 pdls that are supopsed to be paid tomorrow well uh yeah not gonna happen i am just paying off my smaller laons first then working towards my bigger ones. goudah has been tremendous support! just know that it will get better. im on a long road trip to getting this worked out it seems but i will eventually get there and so will you!!!!!!!!!!

I filed a complaint with AG's office against VC Funding, never heard from them again, no phone calls, emails or anything. That was several several months ago.

Hang in there! You are doing great! It does get discouraging sometimes, but don't give up. Look how far you have come in a short amount of time, 4 out of your hair! That is wonderful. Really, before you know it the others will be gone. Stay strong and don't loose sight of your goal. (((hugs)))

I don't think that filing a complaint with the AG's office here in Florida will work. I have filed three complaints agains three separate companies and still have not heard anything back. I had to file complaints with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. I had emailed the AG's office but nothing.

If I remember correctly, frogpatch (who lives in FL too) was told that he had to file complaints with the state the pdl was located in . . . . But I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly, or if it was something else . . . .
Just keep at them! If it was all so easy this board wouldn't be as big as it is . . . .

Some state's AG offices are more helpful than others. I know that when I filed my complaints, I filed them with my state's AG office and the state AG office where the companies were located, just to cover my bases.
