I am so embarrassed to be here but I need help. I fell intot he cycle of PDL when my husbands income dropped. I have so many loans out that I do nto see any of my paycheck. My other bills and my children are suffereing and I need to get out of this. Here is a basic list of what I owe

Pack Management borrowed $250.00 paid $1275.00 in fees at least
SDS Processing borrowed $250.00 paid $1275.00 in fees at least
Vince ENterprises borrowed $250.00 paid $1275.00 in fees at least
BIG INvestment borrowed $200.00 paid at least $680.00 in fees
VIP loanshop borrowed $300.00 paid $270.00 in fees so far
PDL Ventures borrowed $300.00 paid at least $360.00 in fees
Payday Max borrowed $300.00 paid $150.00 in fees so far
United cash loans still owe $150.00 of $350.00 loan paid $200.00 in principle and paid over 600.00 in fees
Cash Direct Express borrowed $300.00 paid 110.00 in fees
Arrowhead Investment borrowed $400.00 paid $120.00 in fees
Payment Direct borrowed $200.00 paid $89.00 in fees

I get paid again on 9/2 and I am sure that I cannot do much before then but I want my paycheck that I will receive on 9/16. I know that I shoudl close my account but I have alot of auto payments out of that account and that would be a lot fo troublw. I have been reading some of the boaards but I cannot find out if any of these are licensed in Indiana or if they are illegal laons and I just have to pay what i borrowed which in monay cases I have done several time over. Please help Me !!!!!!!!!!

i am not familiar with Indiana's laws but I am sure someone will be around to help
i am sorry to say that closing your account is the only way to be safe in this situation. You cannot block the companies, they will find ways to get your money still.. i would stop direct deposit for the 16th (I would stop it for the second, if possible to be real honest, and/or ask the bank to put your account on hard block so you can stil get your paycheck, but doing this would mean making quick calls for your auto-payment bills) and call up everyone telling them you have a new account number. it can be done and is the only way to secure your money.
